Bovey Paradiso Arts is delighted to welcome Maureen Boon to the gallery on Thursday 6th February as part of our Speaker Series. 

The Templer Way Story

The Templer Way Story tells the fascinating story behind the Templer Way walk and about the history of the Dartmoor Granite Railway and Stover Canal.

Local writer, Maureen Boon spent many weeks walking the route with Lucy the whippet and has written a straightforward and illustrated guide to the history of the Templer Way and she will share the story with us on Thursday 6th February. 

Maureen has also published books on helping children with dyspraxia. In addition she writes children’s stories, poems and short stories.

We are very grateful to Maureen who is very generously donating her time to share The Templer Way Story to raise funds for Bovey Paradiso Arts. 

Tickets are £10 each and there are a limited number of tickets available - book yours now! 

Thursday 6th February  - Doors will open at 7pm for a 7.30 start. There will be a licensed bar available on the evening.
