Artist of the Week - Anne Doggett

Open Show - our current exhibition in the gallery which runs until 21st December, features the work of over 20 talented local artists. The show includes paintings, printmaking, drawings and sculptures, in many artistic styles, by some of the best creative artists in the region.

Each week throughout the exhibition we are delighted to focus on one of the artists exhibiting their work and to offer an amazing opportunity to own an original piece of the artists work at a reduced price!

This week we are featuring Anne Doggett who also happens to be one of our resident artists at Paradiso! 

"Recently, I had the opportunity to rent a fabulous art studio above Paradiso Gallery. This has allowed me to explore my art process without restriction and to develop my daily practice.  Always keen to experiment with different mediums, oils, cold wax, collage and acrylics etc and on various scales to create abstract landscape and figurative works.  You can find me hibernating in the studio in the coming weeks as I work on exciting new projects for 2025. This piece is called "Grounded" and is oil and cold wax, price £150. It is lovely to be part of the amazing OPEN SHOW, which runs until 21st December. Anne Doggett.
